Job Responsibilites – 

  • Pre-sales scoping, documenting business requirements, functional requirements & technical requirements in a pre-sales environment to generate a solution and Scope of Work.
  • Lead delivery teams to execute all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system, and user testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Minimum 1 years experience with Lightning is a must.
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement.
  • Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions & escalations.
  • Oversee process-driven customer conversations and workshops related to sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and operational processes
  • Define project short and long-term goals, identify success criteria, and coordinate client and delivery resource roles and responsibilities.
  • Drive delivery teams to produce on-time, high quality, scalable and suitable services, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to pre-sales customer scoping sessions with the Business Development Team & assist with project proposal development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by encouraging and leading solution brainstorming, internal knowledge sharing, and skill development.
  • Good to know – Working knowledge of integration software such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica is plus.
Preferred Qualification
  • 5+ years working within a Consultant Role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Advance System Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibities/Role :

  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
  • Solid understanding of Object Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code.
  • Deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API.
  • Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API.
  • In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc.
  • Apex & Visual Force Development/SFDC Configuration/Force.com Customization Experience using Apex Data Loader utility.
  • Experience with Lightning components and Lightning Design System.

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Web technologies.

  • Experience with Agile development practices a plus.
  • Good understanding of web services of Salesforce.
  • Experience in Java or C# development experience, and 2+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Must have experience of Java-Script, HTML.
  • Team handling experience is preferable.

Job Responsibities/Role :

  • You will be responsible for development of web based applications.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
  • You will be involved in all the stages of architecture to development of our web based web  applications product.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical and value based knowledge to qualify and generate new leads out of cold and warm outbound prospecting (primarily via phone outreach).
  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from leads.
  • Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion.
  • As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Quality Assurance process, procedures and strategies.
  • Maintain industry standard metrics as well as specific account-related metrics for adjusting internal QA standards.
  • Review technical documents (functional specifications, copy decks, design comps) in order to develop appropriate test plans.
  • Deliver high-quality, low-to-zero defect releases.
  • Work with Technical lead and other developers to define test criteria.
  • Manage project workload and assess resources needed for completion.
  • Maintain Jira (or other defect tracking tool) and report defects to team members in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for prioritizing defects, coordinating and tracking their resolution.
  • Identify potential build and timing problems as early as possible, flagging to Technical Lead as appropriate.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of unit testing, regression testing, integration testing, and compatibility testing.
  • Experience testing Rich media applications, including iOS and Android apps, responsive web sites and mobile sites.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience using a defect-tracking tool like Jira.
  • Familiarity with Test Management Tool like Zephyr
  • Must be able to write Test Plan and Test Cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of Selenium for Automation (Gauge Framework).
  • Experience using Appium for Mobile Automation is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL and Mongochef.
  • Experience with Web-based Testing.
  • Experienced with debugging tool such as Charles/ Firebug/ Inspect.
  • Experience with testing and analyzing JSON and REST (Tool such as Advance Rest Client or Postman).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Jenkins is a plus)
  • Excellent written/verbal, communication skills.
