Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

• Clients may cancel IT services and consulting engagements by providing written notice within the specified cancellation period stated in the service agreement.

Refunds:

• Refunds for IT services and consulting may be provided based on the terms outlined in the service agreement and any applicable cancellation fees.
• No refunds will be provided for IT services and consulting if work has already commenced or if deliverables have been provided to the client & other Clause are applicable depends on projects as per discussions.
