Cancellation
Clients may cancel IT services and consulting engagements by providing written
notice within the specified cancellation period stated in the service agreement.
Refunds
- Refunds for IT services and consulting may be provided
based on the terms outlined
in the service agreement and any applicable cancellation fees.
- No refunds will be provided for IT services and
consulting if work has already
commenced or if deliverables have been provided to the client. Other clauses may be applicable
depending on the project as per discussion.
